## 1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. Similar technologies, such as local storage, serve the same purpose. This Cookie Policy explains how Nowaffl LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on the lopaw.app website. The Lopaw mobile app does not use cookies; the data it collects is described in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy).

## 2. Cookies We Use

We use three categories of cookies and similar technologies on the website.

Strictly necessary. Our hosting and security provider Cloudflare sets cookies (such as __cf_bm, which expires after about 30 minutes) to distinguish humans from bots and protect the site from malicious traffic. These are required for the site to function securely and cannot be switched off.

Analytics. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed, how visitors move through them, and session replays that record on-page interactions such as clicks and scrolling. PostHog stores a pseudonymous identifier in cookies and local storage (keys beginning with ph_, retained for up to one year). This data is not used for advertising and is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Advertising. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how many visitors who arrive from our ads go on to open the App Store or Google Play. Google sets cookies (such as _gcl_au, retained for about 90 days) to attribute a store click to the ad you clicked. We also use AppsFlyer to attribute app installs to the ad or page you came from: it passes ad campaign parameters and ad click identifiers into our store links and keeps them, along with the referring page, in local storage (keys beginning with ss_). Under some state privacy laws this counts as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

## 3. Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies in your browser settings: most browsers let you block all cookies, block third-party cookies, or clear cookies when you close the browser. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.

Our website also honors Global Privacy Control signals sent by your browser: when we detect one, we load neither our analytics nor our advertising tools, so no analytics or advertising cookies are set.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we change the tools we use on the site. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
