# Delete your Lopaw account

Deleting your account is permanent and we cannot restore it afterward. We delete:

- Your account and the email you sign in with
- Your dog's profile and assessments
- Your training plan and session history
- Your chat history with the AI coach

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Apple and Google handle billing, so cancel yours in the App Store or Google Play as well. Your data is removed from live systems within 30 days and from backups within 180 days, as described in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy).

## Request deletion by email

Open [lopaw.app/delete-account](https://lopaw.app/delete-account) in a browser and enter the email linked to your account. We will email you a confirmation link. Your account is deleted only after you open that link and confirm.

## Delete from the app instead

If you are still signed in, open Settings in the Lopaw app and choose Delete Account. It deletes the same data, immediately, with no email step.
